Ron Goldblatt Honored as Chamber Volunteer of the Year
January 26, 2026
Ron Goldblatt’s company, NorthShore Loyalty, is founded on a philosophy of community-building. According to Ron, “We’ve always believed in 'Loyalty with Purpose.' This means that a business's strongest asset goes beyond its pricing, its products, or offering discounts, it’s how you give back to the community. Giving back isn’t just a nice gesture; it is a foundational business strategy. The more you support your community, the more the community naturally pours back into you." Ron has put this philosophy into practice through his participation in the Chamber, supporting the organization in formal leadership roles and informal community outreach.
A Chamber member since 2014, NorthShore Loyalty provides digital marketing solutions for small businesses with an emphasis on customer engagement. The company’s loyalty programs, text marketing, and other strategies connect businesses with consumers to encourage return visits. Ron’s personalized approach has enabled him to build deep connections in the local retail and restaurant community.
Ron’s approach to Chamber involvement has been equally hands-on and dedicated. From the start, he seized opportunities offered by the organization, from networking events to the Tuesday afternoon golf league to Leadership Northbrook. He served on the Chamber Board of Directors from 2019 through 2024, and currently volunteers as an Ambassador to encourage prospective members and support new ones in their Chamber journey.Â
As a committee member for fundraisers like the Golf Outing and Auction & Taste, he has gone above and beyond in securing donation items from area businesses. His relationships with local businesses have been invaluable in our fundraising efforts, while also raising the Chamber’s visibility within the community.
“For 12 years, I have seen that the most resilient businesses are those that show up, whether it's serving on the Board, mentoring an ambassador, or volunteering for the Golf Outing,” reflects Ron. “Being active in the Chamber has allowed me the opportunity to connect with many clients who also support the Chamber with their generous gifts, raffle prizes, and donations. When I reach out to my clients about these Chamber fundraising events, their response is always, 'How can I help?'"
Ron’s steady involvement, practical leadership, and willingness to step in where needed have made a meaningful difference for the Chamber and its members. His example shows how thoughtful engagement and a commitment to community can strengthen both individual businesses and the organization as a whole.
